Training Course Library and Planning
A list of training courses and the skills participants will gain upon completion will be provided. The system will manage course progression by ensuring participants complete Level 1 before advancing to Level 2 in multi-level training programs.

Course Enrollment
This form allows employees to select the training courses they wish to attend, with their chosen courses displayed in the dashboard widget. It also enables admins or Heads of Department (HOD) to nominate employees for participation in specific training courses, streamlining the enrollment process.

Training Needs Identification Survey Form
This survey form is designed to assess and identify the competencies of employees, enabling the organization to pinpoint specific training needs and align development programs with individual and team skill requirements.
