Customer Support Executive
We are looking for people who like listening to our users and customers. You will need to navigate the users to use Rymnet’s software and troubleshoot any technical issues that will arise from the user’s point of view. Knowledge in HRMS and skills in SQL scripting is a must.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT Related Studies
0 to 4 year’s experience in Customer service/ IT Application Support
SQL Scripting skills
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
Possesses an analytical mindset
Has good listening skills and able to troubleshoot

Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Track & reconcile bank statements
Create cost analysis reports (fixed & variable costs)
Process tax payments
Support monthly payroll & keep organised records
Record accounts payable & accounts receivable
Process invoices & follow up with clients, suppliers & partners as needed
Provide administrative support during budget preparation
Participate in quarterly & annual audits
Reports directly to General Manager
Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
Good knowledge of accounting & bookkeeping procedures
Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets & using financial functions)
Able to use Autocount for daily entries
Familiarity with accounting software
Organisational & time-management skills
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Excellent command of the English language, other languages are a plus.
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work independently & under strict deadlinest
Plan and implement human capital management system for end-users.
Provide training and conduct user acceptance test (UAT) for end-users.
Provide support to end-users in troubleshooting technical problems and functional issues.
Assist in perform application testing before prior to the customer release.
Prepare and track issue logs.
Handle any other projects or duties as delegated by the Management.
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related fields.
Must have good command in English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fresh graduates in IT and software are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge in Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases would be an added advantage.
Must possess own transport.
Design creative prototypes according to specifications.
Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent design and code.
Perform unit and integration testing before launch.
Trouble shoot and debug software applications.
Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines given.
Perform evaluation of existing applications and reprogram, update or add new features (if necessary).
Report directly to Product Manager with full report of testing/evaluation/technical documents.
Understand capabilities of the software and client’s requirements to carry out translation of requirements to add new features or customisation for the software.
Understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, testing, deployment).
Have technical know-how for the following programming tools:
SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS. At least 2 years experience in a related field and/or position.
At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Programming.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving, and good analytical skills.
Must have good time management, organisational, and planning skills as well.
To identify and qualify sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.
To work with Technology and Consulting teams to develop the right solution for the client.
To establish a network of partners.
To take the lead in the formation of a proposal management team and pricing strategy.
To participate in the negotiation of contractual terms and conditions.
To work with the solutions/operations/implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
To plan, develop and execute sales plans for assigned division.
Other assignment that may be assigned from time to time.
Prepare quotation, proposals and presentation for prospects and recurring customers.
Ensure healthy monthly number of opportunities.
Report directly to Sales Director and provide quarterly sales reports for review.
At least 3 years of experience in areas for sales and customer relations.
Positive and driven, a team player with strong initiative and a passion for challenges.
Resourceful with great interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills.
Able to adapt to fast paced working environment as well as work independently.
Knowledgeable in the field of HRM Solutions for SMEs and Enterprise.
