Based on vast business and industrial experience of more than 30 years up the sleeve, a team of three partners worked together and established Rymnet Solutions more than 20 years ago, with the sole vision of creating a HRMS Eco-system that is used across Asia and continuously building and improvising its system that makes life easier and engaging for its business partners and users will be a mission casted in stone.
In its quest to establish itself as an award-winning company, Rymnet has achieved numerous milestones since its inception. To date, it has assisted over approximately 1,500 organizations across multiple industries in mobilizing their HR systems.

1st Chapter : The making of Rymnet Solutions Sdn Bhd
Like many startup companies in Malaysia, it was rough and tough in the beginning. It started with three inspired men in an unavoidable makeshift environment who had the passion and vision to create an HR technology company that provides solutions in the HR environment. The company set sail with one end in mind: working deliberately to make a difference in everyone’s work life.
With an ambitious yet straightforward mission, they weathered the storm, facing their fair share of challenges. Building credibility and gaining traction in business development in a blue ocean requires perseverance, creativity, and determination from the word go.
From being a third-party HRMS software reseller back in the year 2003, Rymnet began developing its own Windows software in 2006 and converted to a cloud-based system by 2010. As of today, Rymnet has expanded, with offices in Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, and others in the pipeline.
The Story : Raider’s of the Lost Technology
With its humble beginnings, Rymnet faced challenges on many fronts. Resources were scarce in a fiercely competitive market, even though the number of players was only a handful. Despite the odds, it managed to gain traction as the team expanded and remained steadfast and resilient.
With every fall, they embraced failures and picked themselves up, leveraging their past experience blended with the know-how to move forward, overcoming each obstacle with the end in mind. Investing in the continuous development and refinement of its products was and still is the priority, especially based on all customers’ feedback as they progressed.
Needless to mention again how HR used to take daily attendance, calculate OT, and prepare payroll manually using Microsoft Excel or, in my case back then, using Lotus 1-2-3 for more than 900 employees in a manufacturing company.
The key word for Rymnet is understanding and alleviating all such pain. Based on this quest, today Rymnet serves organizations facing similar challenges, be it in retail, F&B, manufacturing, corporate offices, or other industries alike. The Rymnet system appears to be the preferred choice for many retail and F&B clients thus far, and the numbers are growing each day.
Rymnet has a rich resource in HR knowledge based on its long tenure of working with businesses across all industries. All blueprints of the work done are archived for future references when new innovations are desired or when designing for new customers. The Journey : Bourne Supremacy
