All available training courses are published in the system, staff can view and enroll to the assigned or appropriate training course.
Pre/post training assessment
HR can upload different assessment forms for staff to complete pre and post course to track the course or training effectiveness.
Virtual encouragement
On-going badge or trophy collection can be incorporated into course level completions. This can be a form of virtual encouragement to complete all courses.
