Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and guide the Application Consultants throughout the implementation process for Rymnet’s clients
- Propose best practices and tailored solutions to meet client needs effectively.
- Perform module setup and implementation for the Rymnet HRMS system within the agreed timeline.
- Ensure project delivery according to the agreed timeline & scope of work.
- Collaborate with the internal Tech Development team to address client-requested customizations, ensuring these are delivered within the agreed scope and timeframe.
- Provide support to end users by troubleshooting technical and functional issues, ensuring seamless application usage.
- Ensure all control documents is properly documented and handed over to Customer Support upon completion of each project.
- Verify the accuracy of results during Parallel Run and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), obtaining client sign-off upon successful completion.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for assigned modules, ensuring the client’s appointed personnel thoroughly understand the system. Maintain attendance records for internal documentation, especially for HRDCorp claims.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree and above in Computing and Software Development related.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft software.
- At least 3 years’ experience in full cycle web application development.
Application Consultant (Junior & Senior Level)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform module setup and implementation for the Rymnet HRMS system.
- Conduct requirement studies, training sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with the internal Tech Development team to address and deliver client-requested customizations.
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting technical and functional issues to ensure smooth application functionality.
- Ensure project delivery is completed within the agreed timeline and scope of work.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all control documents and project records.
- Support, coordinate, and respond to client feedback while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Facilitate a seamless handover to the Customer Support team once the client is ready for the transition.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree and above in Computing and Software Development related.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft software.
- At least 1 years’ experience in full-cycle web application development.
Customer Care Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and enhance overall customer experience by creating workflows that minimize complaints, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure timely responses.
- Analyze support logs to categorize and monitor the volume of support requests, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to continuously improve the system and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address and respond to problems promptly, ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined for each client.
- Guide customers on application functionalities and conduct training or briefings upon request, aiming for efficient delivery and zero repeat sessions.
- Monitor and follow up on unresolved issues, ensuring they are addressed and closed within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure a seamless resolution process.
- Maintain a record of resolved issues to build a knowledge base.
- Manage overall customer experience by improving workflows, reducing complaints, and ensuring timely and satisfactory responses to all client concerns.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding system changes and new statutory releases, prioritizing Malaysia and Singapore, with other countries as secondary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in IT Related Studies
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in Customer Service/ IT Application Support

Sales Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan, develop and execute sales plan to generate sale.
- To organize and present the key selling points in the demo presentation.
- To take a lead in the formation of a proposal and pricing strategy for every prospects and current clientele to maximize the company sales revenue.
- To plan and strategize in the negotiation of pricing and contractual terms and condition.
- To work and coordinate with the solutions/ operation/ implementation teams for project implementation.
- To monitor the Project Implementation progress and to ensure billing according.
- To follow up and build rapport with prospects and current clientele for customer satisfaction and retention, future upsale and generate references to the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales or/ and management in tech related products and services.
- Proficient with numbers and able to use Microsoft work processing software.
- Able to communicate in English and at least one other language.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Marketing or Business Management.
Senior Technical Sales Consultant / Technical Sales Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the sales team and business partner in driving revenue by qualifying leads.
- Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level that results in a closer gap towards a successful sale.
- Execute on customer proof of concepts.
- Build on Human Resource and Rymnet’s knowledge to support and deliver successful demonstrations (including the creation of product date used to demonstrate product capabilities).
- Provide HR and product expertise and solution blueprints with a clear understanding of the customer’s business and operational goals and have a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of the system and its services.
- Conduct routine update on the new product/ technology to the internal sales staff for better cohesion in closing a sale.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration and Marketing related.
- Profficient in presentation and dealing with customer.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in related field.
- Worked in HRMS Solution will be an advantage.
Customer Support Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solving Customer’s technical issues in a timely manner and according to SLA.
- Attending to change request by customers (Reports/Customization).
- Reducing complaints by customers (achieve zero repeat complaints).
- Documentation for user guide on HRMS modules.
- Keeping up to date with statutory regulations and calculations for the following countries:
Primary: Malaysia and Singapore ; Secondary: Philippines and Hong Kong - Troubleshooting and solving existing technical issues according to the timeline defined in SLA (Response time).
- Guiding customers with Application functionalities -Technical Skills (SQL skills) to achieve zero repeat request.
- Working/Communicating with Tech Development team and Project team to solve issues raised by customers in the system in a timely manner.
- For certain execs: Setting up BLE Beacons and arranging for delivery to customers according to confirmed orders according to timeline given by sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in IT Related Studies.
- 2 years experience in Customer service/ IT Application Support.
- Basic SQL Scripting skills.
- Good communication Skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Software Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform debugging and fixing the issues from system as well as enhancement.
- Perform data migration from client’s system to our system.
- Gather needs from client’s and perform documentation as requirement study.
- Customize the system settings based on client’s requirements.
- Perform UAT test case after testing the system.
- To ensure the system settings meet client’s requirements.
- To ensure the system able to perform essentially after enhancement has done.
- To ensure the customization works effectively and maintenance perform well from client’s requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh Gradutes from Degree in Intelligent Systems and Software Development related.
- Able to perform code writing and SQL.
