You can set up different claim policies according to your company. Choose a monthly claim cut-off date, claim validity, claim limits per expense type, and customize based on office or employee groups. 

Select the expense payment currency and RYMNET will do the math for you. 

Claim approvals are sometimes not restricted to your direct superior, but it can involve multi level or multi department approval, for example Finance might have a level of final approval. The System allows user to set multi levels of approval.
